American Muslim leadership Council
Was hijacked online by a man named Ibrahim Gaith who used the Florida division of corporation site, illegally removing the board members and placing him as president.

Furthermore, after filing criminal complaint with the county sheriffs office, the sheriff failed to thoroughly investigate the matter per the Osceola sheriff, deputy report attached stating based on the statement of perpetrator Ismael Musa alleging that they were elected as new board by the community.

The legitimate president and executive director of the organization, discovered after interviewing several individuals and many community members who came forward the following:
Based on documents submitted in Osceola County court by Cedric Donaldson attorney at law to obtain temporary injunction, affidavit, signed by Ibrahim, stating election took place, and attached exhibits that includes community members names
The documents showing community members many, who came forward stating they are unaware of the use of their name. Neither did they get permission to have their name used. Furthermore, they did not authorize Ibrahim to use their identity
Ibrahim Gaith signed an affidavit as well as sunbiz signature on the filing that the statements and names entered are accurate under the Florida perjury statue, however AML Council has obtained several sign statements from individuals. Ibrahim entered into the system on sunbiz, denying the knowledge of participating in any such activities of elections, nor knowledge of their name entered as officers of the organization
AML Council in August 2015 amended the bylaws which was filed with the Secretary of State, confirming the individuals that are not active board members or founders cannot hold elections. Neither remove the board members therefore Ibrahim actions are against the law and do not fall within the organization, bylaws.
Among the names submitted on the exhibits were children as young as three years old, and five years old, therefore to protect their identity, their father has him forward, assigning a statement acknowledging that he did not get permission to have his kids names used in the criminal act of forgery
Based upon the above the American leadership council, well seek every possible avenue to prosecute and hold that responsible under Florida laws those who were complicit in the illegal fraudulent takeover for financial gain purposes, specifically Ibrahim Gaith and Ismael Moosa, and any others who may have assisted them in the fraudulent Crime

The American most leadership council working with interfaith leaders, civil rights organizations, and elders, and members from the community to advocate for more protection, placed on sunbiz by reaching to lawmakers in Tallahassee demanding more that should be done to protect business owners, the practice of online business hijacking has been Taking place (to the best of our knowledge) since 2020, therefore, after Sarasota, Florida, House Representative McFarland proposed and sponsored a bill that will provide additional protection however, currently AMYL COUNCIL leadership are initiating contacts with the Florida house representative to receive confirmation on the status of the bill.

On March 11, 2025 the executive Director and legitimate president of youth and community outreach accompanied and supported by other interfaith leaders met with state attorney for the ninth circuit Monique Worrell humbly requesting an immediate investigation in the matter.

The community at large and pillage in the community will not rest until those perpetrators and criminals who have caused tremendous harm to the organization are held accountable for their actions

We urge everyone who may see and recognize that their name was used without their knowledge to immediately contact the state, prosecutors office demanding justice, as well as informing the attorney Cedric Donaldson, who filed the motion that included exhibits That includes phone numbers and names of individuals without their knowledge
